DEC Portal
The DEC portal is an internet link available to students and staff that allows them access to digital resources provided by the DEC. This link is primarily designed to allow our students to access this information from any location outside the school.
One of the key features of the portal is an email account that is provided for each student by the DEC. This is a useful tool to encourage communication between students and staff and can be used if a student is away from school for an extended period of time or just to seek help with assignments.
Students are required to maintain security on their portal account and not to release the password to anyone else. Students are also required to change their password regularly from a link within the portal to maintain their security.
Finally, students are requested to set up a secure secret question on the portal. When set up, it can be used by each student to reset his password if a problem arises. Staff are also equipped to assist students with password issues.

SENTRAL
Sentral is an administrative program that contains information that is useful to staff, students and parents. Students and parents will be able to view their attendance records, academic reports, homework calendar etc. Sentral also provides a communications link between students and their teachers.
SENTRAL This link can be used by Students and Staff to access SENTRAL.
Students and Parents use the "Student/Parent Portal" at the bottom left of the screen. Student credentials should be the same as their portal username and password, parents will only be able to gain access via a registration process using their unique access code which the school emails them when they are enrolled at ABHS.
